Designed by renowned Architectural firm AEDAS, the mixed-use development consists of two office towers, a hotel with convention centre and an IT and media hub with a dedicated Data Center. The hotel tower will be helmed by renowned hospitality brand Hilton Hotel. With two levels of retail podiums and two destination floors at each office towers, GTECH is set to offer a vibrant F&B and retail environment to support the whole ecosystem of the new Phnom Penh City Center
GTECH being an integral part of the Phnom Penh City Center (PPCC), a 111.6-hectare development strategically located in the center of the city, will bring modern city conveniences into Cambodia; such as multiple entry points and international-standard traffic systems.
As an integrated township – unlike existing developments in Cambodia – the focus is on setting up comprehensive infrastructure systems. PPCC will deploy an underground cabling system that will house all utility services away from the public eye while ensuring hassle-free maintenance.
A comprehensive drainage system is also being developed to mitigate flooding in the future. Working together with PPCC, GTECH will transform Phnom Penh’s city landscape into a modern, sustainable, commercial and leisure hub with world class facilities purpose-built for both local and overseas businesses and investors. Through the creation of new facilities and spaces, the development will create opportunities for the growth of commerce, culture, arts and sports in the Phnom Penh City Center. By 2025, the new PPCC district will be home to over 56,000 residents and more than 190,000 daily visitors.
Upon completion, GTECH is set to become a modern icon to the Phnom Penh City’s Skyline and a landmark within the Urban Fabric.
